Getting Started
How do I sign up?+
Visit agent360.dk/signup. Enter your email, verify with a 6-digit code, and you're in. No credit card required.
How do I connect my services?+
Go to Dashboard → Connections. Click "Connect" on any service (Stripe, HubSpot, etc.) and follow the OAuth flow. Your data appears on the dashboard within seconds.
Do I need an AI API key?+
For AI features (Copilot, Build Mode), connect your own Anthropic account in Settings. The platform works fine without AI — dashboard, connections, and apps all work without it.
Dashboard & Widgets
How do I customize my dashboard?+
Click "Edit" on the Overview page. Add widgets from connected services, rearrange them, and save. Your layout persists across sessions.
What are templates?+
Pre-built dashboard layouts for specific use cases (SaaS Metrics, Sales Pipeline, etc.). Install one from the App Store to get started instantly.
App Store
How do I install an app?+
Browse the App Store, click an app, and hit Install. Free apps are instant. Paid apps require a payment method.
Can I build and sell my own apps?+
Yes! Use Build Mode to create apps with AI or code. Publish to the App Store and earn 80% of revenue.
What is the revenue split?+
App developers keep 80%, Agent360 takes 20%. Payouts are processed monthly via Stripe Connect or bank transfer.
Billing & Pricing
What does it cost?+
Free for solo users (all features). Team plan is $25/seat/month for 2+ users. Enterprise is custom pricing.
How does the wallet work?+
Deposit funds via bank transfer ($0 fee) or credit card (2.9% fee). Monthly charges for seats and apps are automatically deducted.
What happens if my balance runs out?+
You get a 7-day grace period with email reminders on day 1, 3, and 6. After 7 days, paid apps are paused until you top up.
Team
How do I invite team members?+
Go to Dashboard → Team → Invite. Enter their email and select a role (Member or Admin). They'll receive an email with a signup link.
What are the roles?+
Owner: full control. Admin: can manage team and settings. Member: can use the dashboard and apps.
Security & Privacy
Is Agent360 GDPR compliant?+
Yes. We use PostgreSQL with Row-Level Security, encrypted vault for API tokens, and EU data hosting. You can export or delete all your data anytime.
How do I export my data?+
Go to Settings → Export Data. You'll download a JSON file with all your profile, organization, apps, and connections data.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes all data including Stripe subscriptions and Fly sandbox.
Build Mode & API
What can I build?+
Anything — dashboard widgets, data integrations, automation workflows, full apps. Use the AI generator or code directly in the terminal.
What is the SDK?+
agent360-sdk is a Python package pre-installed in your sandbox. It provides AppContext, event handlers, and API helpers for building apps.
